And we can do the same for you

Our Benefits

Effortless Room Design

Our Room Design includes plans, elevations and 3D views of all furniture and equipment to give clarity and detail.

So that the Client can visualize themselves in their rooms to show how they will work and be inspired.

Experience the Products

We will take you to see the Furniture Products in Showrooms and in Finished Buildings so that the Clients can see how the products look and feel.

So they will feel secure about the interior they will get.

A Costed Plan for Action

We will prepare a detailed costed schedule by room and product so this can be included into the overall project cost.

Which means that the Interiors can confidently proceed without delay and with cost certainty.

Your Interior Project Plan

STEP 1

Schedule Your Free Consultation

Arrange a 30 minute online meeting so we can assess your project and you can get all your questions answered.

We will make a customized plan and we will work together to execute it.

We will eliminate obstacles and you will always know what to do and when.

STEP 2

Execute Your Interior Project Plan

We use a 3D model provided by an architect to plan and design interiors. If this is not available, we generate a schedule of Furniture for each room based on the briefing information.

We create detailed room designs with accurate 3D digital product blocks, allowing Users to provide feedback based on their experience.

This iterative process ensures the design meets the Users’ requirements. We also coordinate with Architectural design to align room dimensions with the building’s purpose and user capacity, as well as power, water, drainage, and IT requirements.

Cost tracking and reporting are continuous to ensure the project stays on budget. A Coordinated Interior Report consisting of drawings, product book and costs is issued and signed off by the client.

Once the Report is approved, we oversee on-site installation and delivery in coordination with all relevant parties.

STEP 3

The Result

We hand over the project and you enjoy the benefits of your finished building.

In depth Understanding, Responsive, Flexible and Easy to Work With

Hatfield Interiors worked on The Place, a landmark new University Centre and Public Library in Great Yarmouth.

They understood the End Users’ requirements and they ensured that the Complex Multi-Use Building functioned in an optimal way.

We are pleased with the end result and recommend their services to other organisations in the Public and Private sector.

Project Manager – Fusion Project Management

Clear schedules, Met Deadlines, Quality Very Good

“We hired Hatfield to redesign our reception classrooms, providing clear cost schedules and coordinating with the contractor.

Despite some delivery challenges, they ensured timely alternatives were in place until the correct items arrived.

The quality of the furniture was excellent, and we were satisfied with the final outcome.

We continued to work with them for two year 6 classrooms, which was also a success.”

Alison Hinkson

Director of Finance and Operations, Croydon High School

Met Tight Budget, Managed Stakeholders, Added Value

“I worked with Hatfield as furniture consultants for 18 months on the Harris Invictus Primary School project.

They designed and specified an FF&E plan that was cost-effective and aligned with our budget constraints. They engaged with project stakeholders, managed their expectations, and incorporated their needs into the final design, addressing affordability challenges.

Hatfield’s work significantly enhanced the project, and I confidently recommend them for other projects.”

What’s included when you work with us

Bespoke Interior Project Plan (BIPP)

You will get a coordinated BIPP Proposal which allows you to take action and give the Client and Project Team peace of mind.

Room Plans and Elevations

This will show the location of furniture and equipment which makes it easier for the Users to see how the rooms will work.

3D views of furniture in rooms

This will show the fixed furniture, loose furniture and equipment in rooms from any angle so that the Users can check and validated the room usability.

Holistic Review of Building Interior

This allows a holistic interior 3D view of whole project, floor by floor, which allows an efficient review of room capacities and adjacencies. Room sizes and capacities can be checked early and this helps to inform if changes need to be made early in the project.

Showroom visits to see furniture products

Arrange showroom visits to see the main products and review different manufacturers. A personal viewing provides a real experience on how the products look, feel and function.

Interior and Furniture Finishes

Prepare colour and finishes for products in digital format and physical samples to coordinate with other building finishes. This provides peace of mind as Interior look and feel on mood board can be prepared early on and signed off.

Cost Schedule

Prepare a detailed cost breakdown showing costs for different rooms and products. This enables costs to be adjusted across different products and rooms according to Client preferences.

Integrate BIPP

The BIPP is integrated with the overall project information. Integration of drawings, costs and specification information gives the Project Team comfort and reduces project risk. This allows PM/QS to complete overall project costs with accurate FF&E information.

Coordinate Layouts with Building Design

Integration of our 3D model with 3D building model to provide a federated model. This means that clashes with architectural and service features can be detected and resolved early on.

Specialist 3D Plug in software to coordinate drawings, products and costs

Produces an FF&E report with coordinated drawings, products and costs. This means that the FF&E can be worked on as a separate work stream at any stage of the project from RIBA Stage 2 onwards.
