Benefits of Our Pricing Model
All the expertise is provided in house. This includes Design, Product Knowledge, Product Pricing and Procurement Strategy.
Independent Design and Product Selection to suit your project requirements and budget.
Stage 1 fees have the benefit of helping to coordinate the design of the architectural and building services to a higher level of detail. This mitigates project design risk.
You could carry out this service using the Architect, Cost Manager or Suppliers. However, it is unlikely to be cheaper as it is usually fragmented and individually they don’t have the combined level expertise and detailed knowledge required.
The price levels are based on using over 50 OEM Manufacturers in the UK and abroad and on projects recently completed.
If the project has an insufficient, or no, budget for fees, we can roll up design fees into a total installation price, which can be funded from the installation budget.
